Mission Statement

The mission of the Pacific Beautification Committee is to assist the City in developing and pursuing initiatives that promote the beautification of the City. The goal of the Committee is to create civic pride and to motivate the City’s diverse population to participate in the beautification process. The Committee will identify areas in need of improvement, will create programs, recruit volunteers and will secure the funding resources to achieve its goals.

The Beautification Committee is appointed by the Mayor, subject to the consent of the Board of Aldermen. Current members include:  Matt Lowry, Bonnie Post, Rhonda Blankenship, Felicia Brundick, Jessica Hulbert and Drew Stotler, alderman liaison.


Beautification Committee meetings are typically held the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. If you would like to get involved please fill out the Volunteer Application Form  or Volunteer Application Form Printable Form.
